Sunday Igboho’s house burnt down
The house of prominent activist, Sunday Igboho in Soka, Ibadan, capital of Oyo State, has been burnt by suspected arsonists.
Sunday Igboho has been in the news lately for his controversial moves against insecurity in the South Western Region of Nigeria, and the quit order he issued that criminals should quit Ibarapa within seven days.
A cross section of Nigerians berated Police Inspector General Mohammed Adamu following his order for the arrest of the Southwest activist, Sunday Adeyemo alias Sunday Igboho.
Many of them took to the social media to express displeasure at what they called Adamu’s bias against certain parts of the country in the discharge of his official duties.
A fresh report by The Nation, has stated that one of the houses of the activist in Soka, Ibadan has been razed by suspected arsonists.
The incident was said to have occurred in the early hours of today, Tuesday, January 26, 2021.
